Depending on your role and your hours, we offer
Position Responsibilities : The Resident Service Coordinator-Floater (RSC-Floater) is responsible for the direct coordination of services and supports to residents at an assigned housing site three days / week.
The RSC-Floater will also be available two days / week to cover vacancies / absences / vacations at AgeSpan's Supportive Housing sites.
Whether at their home base or as a floater, they are responsible for identifying and accessing resources beneficial to residents as needed, acting as a liaison between the Housing Authority / Property Management and residents when appropriate, and working collaboratively with Housing Authority / Property Management staff on behalf of all residents.
Essential Fun ctions : (Core duties or tasks that are fundamental and not marginal to the performance of the job)
Provide regular updates, feedback, and reports to Housing Authority or Property Management staff to preserve residents' tenancy.
Develop annual goals for the site(s) and provide status reports.
